Remote Support Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our Remote Support services.

  • I authorize Computer House Calls to begin work on my computer.
  • I understand that Computer House Calls is not responsible for any data loss.
  • I understand that full payment is due upon completion of work.
  • Failure to pay, bad checks, and declined credit cards are subject to applicable finance charges and collection fees.
  • I understand that I must call within 10 days if the same issues arise.
  • After 10 days, normal billing rates will apply to remedy the issue.
  • All sales are final.
