Remote Support Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our Remote Support services.
- I authorize Computer House Calls to begin work on my computer.
- I understand that Computer House Calls is not responsible for any data loss.
- I understand that full payment is due upon completion of work.
- Failure to pay, bad checks, and declined credit cards are subject to applicable finance charges and collection fees.
- I understand that I must call within 10 days if the same issues arise.
- After 10 days, normal billing rates will apply to remedy the issue.
- All sales are final.
